HOW TO BUY


You can now make purchases either online, with your credit or debit card, by clicking on the add to basket icon next to each item, then following the onscreen instruction, alternatively you can complete an order form (click on the link below) and either post it to us at:

or email it to us at info@justbazaar.co.uk. We will then contact you to arrange payment, which can be either by cheque, or card. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

We try to keep our website as up to date as possible, but occasionaly we recieve orders for products which are out of stock, if this does happen we will email to advise you that the product is currently unavailable and let you know when it will be back in stock, we then leave the decision with you as to whether you will wait for the item to come back into stock, order an alternative item or take a refund. If we feel that the length of time before the item will be back in stock is too long to have you wait then we will simply refund your payment in full and advise you of the circumstances.



POSTAGE AND PACKING

Costs for postage and packing will be automatically added to your purchase before you pay. Where possible we try to recycle packaging to lessen our negative effect on the environment, (so if you receive polystyrene balls it’s not because we have gone out and bought them!). If your purchase is for a gift and you would like the item to be specially wrapped then just let us know. Postage is quoted for UK deliveries only, for orders outside of the UK please email us with details of your order and we will advise you of the postage cost.



DELIVERY

We always aim to post your order first class, the day or the day after you place the order. The exception to this are products from our furniture section (please see details below) and the jewellery from the La Jewellery range (Ethical Welsh Jewellery) which is made to order and can take up to two weeks to be dispatched - we will give you an estimated delivery date once you place an order from this range, but if you are uncertain please contact us for estimated timescales before you order.



FURNITURE



Furniture comes fully assembled (with the exception of the dining tables which are flat packed and you will need to attach the legs, all brackets, bolts and nails are supplied.). Delivery free for sales of over £250 to mainland UK addresses, but you will need to check on delivery costs if the sale is less than this amount (prices vary for different areas).

Please be aware that delivery will be via a heavy goods vehicle, if you think that access will be an issue please discuss this with us before you order. Items will be delivered on a pallet - which you will have to dispose of - and won't be taken inside your home, we can specify which day the item/s will arrive, but not a time. Deliveries are usually made within 3 to 4 working days of your placing an order - subject to product availability.

If you are planning a visit to our shop to view furniture please check with us before you make a special journey as we do not stock all furniture in the shop, but try to have a few pieces to give you an indication of the style and quality of the furniture.

As with all our products, the furniture is not mass-produced and as such certain items may from time to time have a waiting list, we will keep you informed of any possible wait for an item, in which case you will be given the option to either wait, choose an alternative product or cancel the order.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We hope you will be delighted with your purchase. If however you would like to return an item, please do so within 14 days of receipt for a credit note, exchange or refund. Click here for a returns form which you will need to print off and send to us along with the unused item/s in original packaging. Please obtain a certificate of posting, as we cannot be held responsible for goods that do not reach us.

Please be aware that although we aim to be as accurate as possible in the descriptions of our products, all are handmade and as such there may occasionaly be a slight variation in colour and or size.
